Located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most beautiful holiday destinations, this villa offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Featuring 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, the villa accommodates up to 4 guests. A private garden with a sheltered pool provides complete privacy, making it an ideal choice for conservative families or honeymoon couples, as it is not visible from the outside.

Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

Equipped with all necessary kitchenware, the kitchen ensures a comfortable cooking experience. In the living area, you’ll find a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings for relaxation.

Swimming Pool:

Enjoy a private, sheltered pool measuring 3 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, ensuring complete privacy from the outside.

Damage Deposit:

A 5,000 TL cash deposit is required at check-in. If no issues are found during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

Additional Information:

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by staff.
• Utility costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price with no additional charges.
• The villa is handed over clean and fully prepared for your stay.

Important Notes:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required throughout the season.
• For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee will apply.
