Villa Arga 1:

Located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya’s most unique holiday destinations, this villa offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. With 2 bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, and a capacity for 4 guests, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa also boasts a private garden with a secluded pool, ideal for conservative families or honeymoon couples, as it is not visible from the outside.

Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your convenience. The living room features a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Swimming Pool:

The villa includes a private, sheltered pool, measuring 3 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. It is not visible from the outside, providing privacy during your swim.

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required at check-in. If no issues are found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

Additional Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by staff.
• Utility costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the rental price, and no additional fees will be charged.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Important Notes:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required throughout the season.
• For stays shorter than 7 nights, a 4,000 TL cleaning fee will be added.
