This charming villa boasts a private pool, two jacuzzies, and a secluded setting, making it an ideal choice for conservative families, friends, and honeymooners seeking a tranquil escape surrounded by nature.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, along with a separate shallow pool measuring 3.5 x 2.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺8,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by staff between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
