Villa Alternatif: A Sea View Retreat in Kalkan Center

Located in the center of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Alternatif offers accommodation for up to eight guests. This villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends, offering beautiful sea views. Its central location provides convenient access to markets and entertainment venues within walking distance.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 meters by 6 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 10,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Additional towels and linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 9,000 TL will be charged.
