Surrounded by nature, this villa boasts a secluded pool area, ensuring privacy for conservative families, honeymooners, and groups of friends seeking a peaceful getaway.

Bedroom Details:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 12 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages to the property.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are regularly maintained once a day by our staff. Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, with no additional charges. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note: The minimum stay throughout the season is 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
