Villa Akdeniz 1:

                      Our villa is in one of the most unique holiday resorts of antalya in the islamic area of kalkan. Villa Akdeniz is fitting for two people with a closed garden and worthy for an amazing honeymoon location. This very fitting for concervative family and friends as the pool is not visible to the public or the outside.  Dont miss out on the holiday of your dreams.

NOTE:  The cinema room is available for use.

Room information: 

                     All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table, hairdryer and bathroom.

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, chest of drawers, an air conditioner and a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

                      İn our kitchen you will find all the utensils  you will need. İn our  lounge area you will find a TV,  a sofa set, coffee table etc.

Pool information:

                         Our pool in this villa is 3.5 meters long and 1.60 meters deep.

Damage deposit:

                  At the check-in you will be expected to provide 3.500TL for the deposit. Once your stay has came to an end and we have done all of our checks and no problems have occured then we will return your money. 

Important information: 

                 The pool and garden will be checked for cleaning once a day. The electric, water and gas bills are included in the price. There will be no request for extra fee.

NOTE:  In the summer season the minimum stay is 5 nights.  For stays less than 7 nights an extra fee of 1.500 will need to be required for cleaning.
