This secluded villa, accommodating up to 2 guests, boasts a private, not overlooked pool and is surrounded by nature, making it a perfect choice for conservative families and friends as well.

Accommodation:

• All rooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note:

• The minimum rental period during the summer season is 5 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺3,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
