The villa features five bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The inviting living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 9 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of five nights. For stays shorter than five nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL will be charged.
