• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The property offers a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

A private pool measuring 4 * 9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters is available.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, provided no damage is found.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The property is delivered clean and ready for your stay, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided.
• Extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an additional fee.

NOTE: The minimum stay throughout the season is five nights. A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies to stays shorter than five nights.
