Villa Akça; 

         This villa is located in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 14 people. Your family and friends will have a peaceful and amazing time at our villa that has a magnificent mountain and sea view.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 5*10.5 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

               The heated pool measures at 2*4 meters with a depth of 1.10 meters.

NOTE: For the heating system the fee is already included in the price.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the summer is 7 nights. For the other months the minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 2000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
