Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 6: Offers two single beds.
• Bedroom 7: Offers two single beds.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 10.5 meters, with a depth of 1.55 meters. A separate heated pool measuring 2 meters by 4 meters, with a depth of 1.10 meters, is also available.

Note: Heating for the smaller pool is included in the rental price.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 3,000 TL is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights during the summer season. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 7,000 TL will be charged.
