Room Details:

Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, bathroom, and toilet.

• The first bedroom features a double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.
• The second bedroom includes two single beds, a wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.
• The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.
• The fourth bedroom also offers a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Kitchen and Living Room:

The villa is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need. In the living room, you’ll find a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Details:

The villa features a pool measuring 3.5 * 11 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

NOTE: The pool heating system is available from October 1st to March 1st, and the weekly charge for pool heating is £100. For 2025, the pool heating fee is included in the total price.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 10,000 Turkish Liras is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are maintained daily by staff. All electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price, with no extra charges. The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period during the season is 5 nights.
