Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

Our villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to meet your needs. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings for a relaxing stay.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 8.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺10,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon your departure after a satisfactory inspection for any damages.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day by our dedicated staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered to you clean and prepared, and a weekly cleaning service is provided.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
