Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your convenience. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

The villa boasts a private indoor pool measuring 6 by 10 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters.

Note: There is a daily fee of 1,000 TL for heating the pool.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

Important Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price at no extra charge. The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Note: For stays shorter than 6 nights between June 1st and September 30th, and for stays shorter than 5 nights during other months, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will be charged.
