Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, hairdryer, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, hairdryer, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa provides a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater to your needs. The living area is furnished with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

Enjoy a refreshing dip in your private plunge pool, measuring 2.60 x 2.30 meters with a depth of 0.95 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is found.

General Information:

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is provided clean and ready for your stay, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required throughout the season. Stays shorter than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira).
