Suit La Mer; 

               This villa is located in Kördere, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. You are guanteed an enjoyable and great holiday here with a view of the sea, a play area for chidren. Suit La Mer is a great choice for family and friends with a indoor heated pool

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a safe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner a jacuzzi, and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a safe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner a jacuzzi and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our heated jacuzzi pool measures 2*4 meters and a depth of 0.90 meters

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 January- 30 April and 1 November-31 December the heating systems fee is included in the total price. Any other months there will be a fee of 400TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be an extra fee of 1.700TL for cleaning if a stay under 5 nights.
