Kitchen and living room

The villa is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room features a TV, a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, and other furnishings to ensure a relaxing stay.

Pool details

• The villa has a private pool measuring 2.50 x 4.50 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters.

Damage deposit

• A 3,000 TL refundable deposit is required upon check-in. This will be returned at check-out after an inspection, provided there is no damage or loss.

General information

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price.
• The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared for your stay, with fresh towels and bed linens provided in all rooms.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by villa staff.

Note: The minimum stay during the season is 5 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
