Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Details:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 3.5 by 8 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages.

Important Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price at no extra charge. The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note: The minimum stay is 4 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL will be charged.
