Villa Orion is one of our villas located in Bezirgan, a charming area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations. This property accommodates up to six guests and offers a peaceful and joyful getaway for families, friends, and honeymooners alike, nestled within beautiful natural surroundings.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils. The living area offers a TV, comfortable seating, and a coffee table.

Pool Information:

Guests can enjoy a private pool measuring 4 meters by 8 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in full upon departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental rate. The property is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is four nights. A supplemental cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies to stays of less than six nights.
