Damage Deposit
A cash deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damage is found at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by staff. Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price. No additional fees apply. The villa is delivered clean and ready for accommodation.
Note: The minimum stay for all seasons is 5 nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional 6,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
