Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 4 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is provided clean and ready for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by our staff.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required throughout the season. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira).
• Check-in: 4:00 PM (16:00)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (10:00)
