Accommodation:
This villa features three comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen and Living Area:
A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.
Pool:
The villa has a pool measuring 3 * 5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters. This pool is shared with other villas.
A security deposit of 5,000 Turkish Lira (TL) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.
General Information:
- Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
- Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
- The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
NOTE: The minimum stay is four nights throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
