Villa Bali: A Stunning Sea View Retreat in Kalkan's Akbel

Located in the unique Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most desirable holiday destinations, Villa Bali offers a memorable retreat for up to four guests. This charming villa boasts breathtaking sea views and provides a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for families or small groups seeking relaxation and privacy.

Important Note: Access to the villa is via approximately 50 steps.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Area:

Guests can enjoy a private 3.5 x 7.5 meter pool with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
