Accommodation Details:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
Kitchen and Living Area:
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
Pool Area:
Enjoy refreshing swims in your private 4 x 8 meter pool, with a depth of 1.5 meters.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of 2,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.
Important Information:
- Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
- Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
- The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, ready for you to begin your holiday.
Please Note:
- The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
- A supplementary cleaning fee of 1,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
